Karma (from Sanskrit: action, work) is the energy which drives Samsara,
the cycle of distress and regeneration for each being. Good, expert (P?li: kusala) and bad, unskillful (P?li: akusala) actions turn out "seeds" in the mind which come to culmination either in this life or in a subsequent rebirth. The escaping of distasteful proceedings and the fostering of positive actions is called ??la (from Sanskrit: ethical conduct).
In Buddhism, Karma specifically refers to those actions (of body, speech, and mind) that leap from mental target (P?li: cetana),and Karma convey about a upshot (Sanskrit: phala) or consequence (P?li: vip?ka). Every time a person acts there is some quality of meaning at the base of the mind and it is that superiority rather than the external manifestation of the action that determines its outcome
Philospy in Karma and Rebirth The ethical dimension.
